Mousse de Mer was established In an attempt to keep my family safe, boost immune systems, fight against COVID-19, and provide daily vitamins and essential minerals, during the surge of the pandemic. medically fragile with underlying health conditions, we were in need of a change. Now we're not just surviving but thriving during a time of uncertainty. About Chef Sandra

Education coupled with Life experiences launched Mousse de Mer by Chef Sandra. Sandra is a retired Navy Nurse Corp Lieutenant Commander with a passion for cooking which led her to pursue an additional degree in Culinary Arts. Sandra received her Bachelors in Nursing from Medical College of Virginia. She went on to earn dual Masters Degrees in Public Administration and Health Services Management from Webster University. Most recently she attained her Associates in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of Virginia, currently she is pursuing an additional degree in Culinary Nutrition.
